Our warranty offer:
- Sterling Silver/Gold plated pieces – 3month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Solid Gold pieces – 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
Important note
Our jewelry partners do the final checking and work closely with artisans to make sure there are no defects, but faults can happen. Therefore;
- Our warranty covers Manufacturing & Material defects provided they are subjected to normal use.
- Our warranty does not cover damages to products by accidents, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear & tear, lost items, damages due to storage and failure to follow product care advice.
- If your piece is defective and still covered under our warranty, please send your order/invoice number and a photo of the defective piece to lotuslore@outlook.com
However, after expert inspection, should we deem the fault to be due to negligence or improper use, the piece will fall outside of our warranty policy.
