Free Consultation
We can talk through your design ideas and inspirational images, your preferred gemstone & metal and your budget. If you don`t have a clear idea about the budget, we can walk through several options and get a quotation for each option, so that you can choose the most suitable option for you.
Once you approve the quote, we can start working on your dream jewelry piece. At this point, we would like to request for a 50% non-refundable deposit that goes towards your final payment. This payment is used to start sourcing the gem stones, CAD designing etc.
Sketch It Out
If you have provided us with an inspirational design, we will follow that as the reference image. If not, our artisans will sketch the designs based on the ideas you shared during consultation. We will share these sketches for your feedback and we can work through the changes until you are happy with the outcome.
However, in case you change the mind about the design, we will have to provide you with a new quote based on metal & gemstones.
Sourcing Gemstones
We will be showing you array of stones for you to pick the one you desire the most. We will assist you with our recommendations as well if you need our assistance.
Designing
We will share the final design with you so that you can get a better idea of how your piece will look. Depending on that, our team will proceed with the production of the piece.
Production
Your piece will now be produced by talented & experienced Sri Lankan goldsmiths.
Quality Check
Once the jewelry piece is done, we will check to make sure there aren`t any manufacturing errors & go ahead with ultrasonic cleaning.
At this point we would be requesting for the balance 50% of the payment.
Delivery
We will be delivering your precious piece for free to your doorstep using Yamato Transport. There will be no additional charges as shipping and taxes will be borne by us.
Each piece comes with a gemstone certificate, product care information & assay report (if it is solid gold).Please note that we will be sharing with you images, videos of the production process at each step.
